When it comes to exercise, I advocate for variety just as is the case with diet. Each exercise involves a particular set of muscles leaving some redundant. This phenomenon results in disproportionality in some individuals. Swimming is one exercise which I believe involves most of the body muscles as well as pressups. I also appreciate the need to step back and change tactics even if it means going for some time without exercise in order to boost resolve and allow the body's mechanisms to repair themselves.
