I'm going on 9 months pregnant, so I can't keep up with my hour long power-walks anymore, it's just too much. plus, the baby always goes right under my lungs so prolonged periods of cardio are out of the question! Luckily, I found this cool prenatal workout video by Denise Austin, and I've been doing it almost everyday, sometimes twice a day! It's only 20 minutes but it's enough for me to break a sweat, and in that 20 minutes it burns 148 calories, so not too shabby! Has anyone else had any luck with prenatal workouts?
