Hi guys, first post here, just a question. I've had this little argument with a few of my friends about how long should we wait to exercise after eating. We all had different answers (one even said he exercises right after eating and doesn't feel anything strange after), and each one of us stuck to his own answer, so the argument was never resolved. Is there really a correct one (or like a standard waiting time)?
