Jumping rope is one of my favorite cardio exercises to perform along with cycling. I agree with those 6 reasons listed and especially so with the fact that you can pretty much take a jump rope with anywhere you go; I find this to be the case whenever i travel. I love doing HIIT sessions using a jump rope because I can really feel it burn when I am done. And if I do it right I'm barely able to stand at the end of the session. It hurts but it's a good feeling at the same time.
