I am an 18 year old girl, 5'7 and weigh 150. This past month I started working out and changed my entire lifestyle. I go to the gym for 1 hour 4-5 times a week, and have completely changed my diet. I just want to make sure I am doing everything I can for healthy weight loss and a fit body. Every morning, I have a slice of toast with one egg and a glass of water, and then maybe 45 minutes to an hour I eat a banana. I have put a lot of fruit into my diet because it helps with my sugary cravings... I am working on cutting down on my fruit intake. I also eat 1oz or so of almonds, and maybe a few snack crackers here and there. I eat a lot of chicken, fish, salads, rice, and veggie soups. I have also replaced lunch with a whey protein shake made with coconut milk. Is there anything I should change or add? thanks!!!
