Which one is better for chest? Chest Dips and Push Ups vs Bench Press?+BQ for cardio?
I have two options: firs is to go to the park and do chest dips, second option is dumbbell bench press. I have bench and two demountable dumbbels at home. So my question is which is better for chest?
I can do at home incline dumbbell bench press, dumbbell bench press and dumbbell fly/dumbbell Incline fly. In the park i can do chest dips and push ups!
BQ: Those 20 min cardio is good for tight body? I do 4 times in a week 20 min cardio after workout with weights! I'm 130 pounds (61 kg) and 5 feet 7 (171 centimeter) tall!
