I have a juicer and wana do a juice diet just to loose a few lbs. ( please do not lecture me weather it is healthy or not.) any ways here are my questions.
- how many juices should you have a day and how much should you drink? (Ex a cup?)
- if I do any types up fruits and veggies in it will I loose weight anyways considering it's all liquid? Here are the the foods I am working with:
-oranges
-strawberries
-apples
-banana
-spinache
-letus
-cucumber
