What helps promote natural body growth?

I'm talking about muscular growth, height, overall size (nonfat). What supports overall growth and development? I'm 17 and I try to eat healthy and excersise around 3 days a week. (Cause I'm always busy with friends, family, work, school) and since I'm a teenager, and guys can typically keep growing into their early 20s, what can I do to promote this overall size? My dad's pretty big (muscular) naturally and he didn't get big until after high school. I SHOULD have my dad's genetics. Because his genetics are dominant. For the most part.
