Is it less effective if i do 20 sets of burning 10 calories on a stationary bike, compared to burning 200 calories at once?


I mean if I ride the st. bike about 3 minutes (burning 10 calories) in every 30-40 minutes, or riding it 1h without a break(and burning the same amount of calories).
