Don't people realize that the amount of weight you lift for any particular lift, regardless of your age is an individual matter?


Regardless of your age, size, etc., unless you are an Olympic lifter or a power lifter in competition, there is no "set weight" for you to be able to lift in particular exercise.
YOU LIFT WHAT YOU CAN LIFT and that's it!
Everybody starts somewhere and hopefully moves forward from there so, please, stop the STUPID "am I lifting enough for my age" questions.....
