Hey guys, I have wrote up a diet plan for myself, I am vegetarian and I would love some tips or just to know if this sounds ok..thanks! (I also take a vegan multivitamin and flax oil supplements for omega's)
I'm not sure if this is too much or if i'm lacking any nutrients.. Breakfast:
Big green juice/smoothie! (2 carrots, 2 apples, 2 big handfuls of Spinach, 1 celery stalk, 1 inch piece of ginger-juiced, add to blender with cup of frozen summer berries, 1 avocado and 1 banana)
nakd bar
pint of water with lemon
Snack:
Almonds, Green tea.
L.unch:
Quorn chicken fillet(cooked with coconut oil), salad(lettuce, red pepper, spring onion, tomato, reduced fat coleslaw) and cup of soup(butternut squash, onion, potato and garlic)
Pint of water
Snack:
Raw Carrots and celery with hummus, Nakd bar, fruit, pint of water
Herbal tea
Dinner:
Omlette (2 free range eggs) peppers, onion, baby spinach, tomato, turmeric, coriander, garlic, paprika, flax and chia seeds. Pint of water
Desert:
Banana, yogurt and cinnamon . Camomile tea

(nakd bars are natural, raw and organic fruit,oat and nut bars)
