Will i gain muscle mass by doing only 1 type of exercise per muscle group?


So i alternate day to day from doing curls 1 day and then benching the next day, I do each for about 30m, I'm wondering if i will build muscle mass by doing this, i also do over 100 push ups per day spaced out though.
