I need help on what I should weigh and how much I should be eatting, etc. I am 15, weight is somewhere in the 150's, i am 5'2. I use to be so skinny when i was younger and the first time we moved i became less active and started to gain. I used to be so confident and care free about my looks but now I wish I could get skinny again to be like that again. About a year and a half ago I was 125 and got down to 118 and I was still chubby then i had stoppd; dont ask why, i was so stupid to do that and gained, till i was 132, now iv moved again and gained till i was 155. I truly want to make a change but cant seem to motivate myself enough. Plua fast food is so good!
