Does anyone else get really frustrated when they can't manage their normal routine for any reason, or can't get their workout?
I haven't been able to get out on a run or long walk for a few days, and I didn't realise how much I was climbing the walls until this morning. When I finally got out for a very light walk I felt better almost immediately. It's taking a lot to be sensible and not immediately go out for a run or longer walk even when I know I should stay off it and let the ankle heal.
So do you have the same problem if you can't work out, or get out for a run? How do you cope with the extra energy?
