Well I really believe that you have to take various factors into account; your metabolism and the amount of exercise that you do on a weekly basis are among the more important ones. But yes! Drinking water is an important habit to pick on when you start any type of weight-loss process. When I first got into it I would drink 10 glasses of water a day and now I can go up to 15 or 20. It all depends on the amount of exercise I make.
