I can safely say skipping meals are not the healthier alternative. For one, doctors are arguing that skipping meals for extended periods make the body think it's being starved therefore cut down on fat loss for survival reasons. Secondly, skipping meals can encourage one to eat more later when you DO decide to have a meal. Do you know what binge eating is? Yes this encourages it. Did you know binge eating is just as bad as anorexia or bulimia? Yes. Don't do this. Eat small meals if possible throughout the day. Or at the very least drink something. Water, smoothies, snack on a fruit.
