I just realized that this forum was for fat loss and cutting. I found myself asking, "What is cutting?" I looked it up because I want to be as informed as possible about fat loss! Cutting is also called fat cutting and it seems like it is a way to lose fat very quickly. It also seems like this is what it is called when someone tries to lose weight really fast when trying to qualify for something, like boxing. I hope that I am explaining this right! Is there anyone else who understands cutting who can let me know if I understand it right and add any anything else?
