    There is not a clear answer to this question you can do as much or as little as you want or as your body can take but the important thing is to do it correctly and consistently; of course the minimum would be three days a week but you could also do with 2, and the maximum you could do 6 days and you should always have a day off no matter how fit and how advanced you are in your training, your body always needs to rest.
