How to Become Taller Naturally ??
Step Up Height Increaser
Can we really grow taller? I understand that our height is very much determined by our genes. Sure, a good posture would help to make us look taller. Same goes for proper food and diet in our growing years. However, once we have reached maturity, our height is what it already is. Instead of being obsessed with becoming taller, it would be more beneficial to concentrate on being just healthy and happy.

I think our height is determined by our genes and not what we eat so I would stay doing any of the above would make no difference.
I think we should learn to be happier with who we are rather then trying to change things that can not be changed. Life is too short
to obsess about such things.
Almost six months prior, my height was only 5 feet and 2.5 inches. When I returned home from my vacation last month, I grew 1.5 inches taller, so I'm now 5 feet 4 inches. I measured my height on the weighing scale a few days ago, and I was surprised I actually became taller. I'm not even certain if my height increase has something to do with the food that I eat, or the exercises that I perform every time I visit the gym. The irony is that I haven't had any exercise during the last six months, and I only resumed my exercise routine this month.
This reminds me of the thing about hanging upside down and holding weights. I remember there was a story on the local news about this a couple of years ago, actually a lot of years ago I think, and it was a little craze sweeping the nation I guess. It seemed to have faded away, which is probably a good thing, but it is interesting. I am not sure these things work.
Nice tips, @chinmay.sahoo ...another way would be to use exogenous Human growth hormone serum subcutaneously or intra-muscularly...of course, that is not the NATURAL way, but it is a safe prescribed way of growing taller at the right age with the right factors. I have a couple of acquaintances from high school that have had success with growth during adolescence from HGH.
I don't believe there is a clear effective way to become taller naturally. I think that it's either you have it or you don't; I mean, f you were born tall then you're tall if you weren't then you aren't tall. The only effective way for me to becoming taller is having surgery.
A person can maximize his growth potential naturally by eating a balanced diet, exercising, and getting enough rest and relaxation. I also believe in aiding one's growth with the use of reflexology massage that targets growth center like the pituitary gland. When I was in my teens, I used a foot pad that was supposed to stimulate the release of growth hormones. I believe that it's part of the reasons why I'm 2 to 3 inches taller than my female cousins.
This works only if it is applied until the mid 20s, but I really doubt people know how to handle HGH properly. Even world known athletes have trouble getting reliable HGH and keeping it in a place where it wouldn't get bad. It's hard with the transport. You either buy it as a powder and prepare it on your own, but you really need to know what you are doing or you buy it from some source. However, if it's not transported in a cool place, it may not be viable anymore.Nice tips, @chinmay.sahoo ...another way would be to use exogenous Human growth hormone serum subcutaneously or intra-muscularly...of course, that is not the NATURAL way, but it is a safe prescribed way of growing taller at the right age with the right factors.
