Does Snicker bars have health benefits?
In moderation, they curb hunger. It's not really a health benefit but it's practical. Eat a candy bar if you don't have enough time for a decent meal. It's bad for your physical health in the long run, but it keeps you sane and less stressed and able to cope with your hectic work schedule. You didn't really mention what kind of health you were talking about -- physical, psychological, etc.?
Caramel -- mostly sugar, not so healthy, but will provide you with energy to burn.
Chocolate -- supposedly anticarcinogenic, but studies aren't so conclusive. Chocolate also contains epicatechin, an antioxidant which fights free radicals.
The one with dark chocolate probably has more nutrients in it compared to the rest. Good for the heart. In moderation, that is.
The nuts have protein. Milk has calcium. Brown nougat mostly has sugar or honey, if you're lucky. White nougat is made up of egg whites. Not sure which kind Snickers bars have
Oh, yeah, chocolate can boost your serotonin levels. Tests often show clinically depressed people show low serotonin levels. Snickers is chocolate, chocolate makes you happy (by increasing your serotonin levels), therefore, Snickers makes you happy by increasing your serotonin levels.
Better for one's state of mind than physical frame, eating Snickers and its cohorts can lead to obesity. Makes you feel good though (chemically speaking).
