Fast food is always a talking point, yet a lot of people eat it on a regular basis. I myself like to occasionally eat at Taco Bell. Yes, I admit it. However, I'm wondering something... If you look at a fast food sandwich, let's say something from Burger King... you will find vegetables on it, such as onions, lettuce, tomato slices, pickle slices, etc. Now being the type of person I am, I tend to open said sandwich to apply ketchup or other condiments, so I have seen the quality of these vegetables. They appear fresh and taste fine.
So, the question is... if the vegetables are present, is the food still bad for us, or does it all kind of even out in the end?
