Can you develop all aspects of your body?

Such as Cardiorespiratory Endurance, Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength such as Static and Dynamic Strength (not sure if that's all) at the same time, i'm asking because i've heard that Muscular Endurance and Muscular Strength tend to cancel each other. And if so are there any ways around to it? Like what workouts routine do i need in order to achieve what i want(strength, endurance and flexibility at the same time).
And what about nutrition?
I'll appreciate it if people who don't know anything about to refrain from posting false, dubious or disputable information.
