    When I do cardio, I notice that my heart rate goes up very quickly without making much effort. My heart rate at rest is around 80 (which I understand is a bit high) and I have hypothyroidism for which I take thyroid medication. I'm trying to do more cardio to lose body fat but I'm not sure if I can get there. At 10% incline, level 4 (1-25 scale) and 70 RPM, my heart rate is at 170. For my heart rate to go down to 160, I would have to lower the RPM to 60 which seems way to easy/slow. So the question is, is this normal and what am I supposed to do to have an effective workout to lose fat. I'm 35/female and I do cardio for 30, 45 or sometimes 60 minutes.Thanks,
