Simple, eat healthier. You cut out soda, cut back on white sugar and white flour, Increase fruits, fibers, and whole grains. Make your own food and only eat out no more than once a month. Bake dont' fry. Cook from scratch, not packages. You should have 2000 calories a day. And exercise. You can walk 20 minutes a day, which is about a mile. Then increase the pace and increase the time.

Dieting doesn't work because once you stop, you put the weight back on. Changing your eating habits lasts a lifetime.
