All diets are BAD. Simply eat what you need to nourish your body. Ask yourself before eating, "will this really help my body?" If it's no- like Doritos- then look for something else. But if you really want something- eat it. Portion control. And make sure your hungry first. Otherwise- you will gain. Try not stressing. Not counting calories. Not obsessing. Use your inner clock. Ok, I'm hungry- I'm going to eat a turkey and Swiss on wheat- with every vegetable I can cram onto it. Get more nutrition! Less mindless snacking! Just aim to be healthy and real weight loss will come gradually.
