So my squat form is pretty bad. I can go below parallel without a problem except my back rounds and its hard to keep my chest up. If I do force my chest up, I fall back. I've read many articles and seen plenty of videos but I can't seem to pin point where the problem is! I have an idea that it could be my thorastic spine. Seeing as how I have slight bad posture and rounded shoulders I think that might be the problem. I don't know. Anyway, any advice? Thanks in advanced!
