Does the 7 minute workout qualify to the 60 minute workout?

I usually use the 7 minute workout instead of excersising an hour each day, is that ok? And lately I've been feeling lazier and don't want to exercise, so sometimes I wont. Is it ok if I don't do the traditional workout? Like I'll go to school, I'll usually be energetic and move around, and still be moving, but not "exercising". Is that ok for my body?
