The working out is great! And remember, for your height, and for working out and eating healthy, 170 isn't THAT BAD!! I can't stress thus enough to people, MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT. Make sure you're eating properly, about 6x a Fay. 3 full meals and 3 snacks. Stick to healthy carbs-ie whole grains, sweet potatoes, etc. Good proteins turkey,chicken, fish. And veggies. Lots of water!! Stick to that and keep working out and you'll know you're healthy. Good luck!
