Less cellulite, lifted butt help please?
Hello guys :)
So yes I have cellulite on my lower body and I know it wont go away but I know exercise will help!
Anyway my question, I exercise 6 days a week, 3 days I do HIIT, on the other days I do 3 different strength training exercise for lower body, I mean a 30 workout, but every other day I choose a different one, is that ok? Or do I have to stick to one of them and do it? Thanks
