Meal prep protein shakes and meal replacement?

Hi I'm trying to loose 40 pounds in six months I know it can't be done with out proper diet and exercise I have my work out plan worked out but when it comes to when and how to eat I'm stuck I went out and bought frozen fruits and veggies a magic bullet fresh greens and chicken breast I have no clue what to eat for bfast lunch nor dinner i work at a call center first break is usually around 3pm lunch break is at 5pm and final break is at 7:30 I'm out of work at 9pm I my question is when should I have a smoothie my dinner and my meal replacement when I bought the stuff the clerk wasn't really helpful was just trying to upsell me because he knew I had no clue about what I was doing can you guys help me out with a meal plan?
