Charcoal is something you use to quiet down your stomach - it can't hurt you. Might make you feel more full without adding any calories. Another thing to keep in mind about weight loss is that there's all this cheap, magic food around which has hardly any calories AND it extremely high in nutrient..... And that will also fill you up without being too caloric.

Get Dr. Fuhrman's book about this. It's a great way to lose weight because you can get something nice to eat which improves your body with hardly any caloric load. Fuhrman's whole thing is High nutrition/Low calories. You can't believe how good those nutritional numbers look.
