C'mon we all know it does. I know height isn't everything but I want to be at least average. Like 5'7 or 5'8. Is it possible? My parents are short. My mom is at 4'11 and my dad is 5'2. My cousins are average to tall in height. Also my uncles. I know genetics play a big role but also exercise, sleep, and diet.

I am trying to change my diet. I don't eat junk foods anymore. I always eat vegetables and protein rich foods. I also exercise 5 times a week. I started last week. I also get 8 hours of sleep. I'm hoping these will increase the HGH in my body so i'll grow. I am not overweight I'm 51 kg.

By the way, I started puberty when I was 12 or 13. I have very little facial hair and body hair. My voice changed already. Can I still grow taller? If I can what else should I do? Do I still have a chance?
