I had posted that I had purchased Jullian Michaels Body Stred DVD.
When I first started, I discovered that I was very rusty. I had not worked out in over a year. But I quickly caught on. I knew I had a price to pay which was a lot of pain in my muscles. I am so proud of myself. I am now working out 4 days a week. If I miss a workout day using the DVD, I will use my stairs and run/walk up and down. So far, I have a lot of energy. I was also able to actually zip one of my shorts when before I just too big and it was very tight on me.
