Well, my eating has been a bit better, more protein. less junk. Big 'eating habits' changes still need to be made though. Accountability is key, I have to be accountable to my self.
My exercise has been kind of none existent, I mean, I get some exercise just because of my everyday routine (i.e. washing dishes, vacuuming, driving, cooking etc.) but as far as carving out time and doing a daily full-on workout routine, hasn't happened yet. I recently lost a lot of weight, but gained it all back and (probably) then some, so I have to do better.
