"saboteurs" is a bit of a strong word to use when referring to your family or closest friends. I doubt it's the last thing at night and first thing in the morning they think about. They might have no clue how you feel they are behaving towards you regarding your diet. They might only be trying to help you and see that you aren't doing things too drastically by starving yourself. They might feel a bit jealous when you're talking about it and how successful you're being with it, but I doubt they mean you any harm by offering you a slice of cake, or whatever.
Don't forget, you made the change in your life so anything that doesn't instantly fit into your new regime is going to feel like an in-the-way obstacle. Just because you started dieting doesn't mean everyone around you has to change their ways to fit into your new habits. And if they do, it isn't going to be instant.
