I don't think it's very good for you. The risks may out weigh the benefits on this one.

Lol true say, commonly giving headaches and nausea is not something I'd like to be in my body or anything that will interfere with my bloodstream.I would never consider something that "commonly" gives you headaches, nausea and can cause you to faint to be anywhere near safe. Also, the way it works by interfering with your blood stream actually scares me :s
It is fairly doubtful that nitric oxide is going to give headaches and severe nausea since it is already present in the bloodstream naturally...

For a body builder it is considered a safe supplement only if you are caffeine insensitive.If you are caffeine sensitive i wouldn't recommend it. You will become all jittery and start yawning,but yes,pls consult your doctor before starting to use it.
I have to agree on this one. Isn't nitric oxide also the one that when you take it, your whole body feels like it is on fire for a minute? I can't remember if it was that or Niacin. In any event, anything that has that significant of a change on your body is not good in my opinion and I would not take it.
