Do you weigh yourself daily or weekly?
This past month I weighed myself daily and recorded it on my fitness pal. It is really interesting to see that my weight fluctuates dramatically day to day, by upwards of 3-5 pounds. That is a big deal for someone trying to lose weight, because it is quite demotivating to be dieting and see the number go up, not down. Anyways, I lost 5 pounds last month, but it took detaching from the number I saw to keep pushing through. Now, I have this great little graph to observe, showing a pattern, that my weight goes down, then up, then down a little further, then up again, etc,. ending at 5 pounds less.
I'm glad I weighed everyday to see this, because I don't know if I could take it going a week without weighing, then weighing in on the wrong day and seeing a number on a higher side.
