I had maintained to damage over 40 lbs and have kept it off for over a year when I first did the diet. So I never would give advice to stray from the real.
But I wanted to check this new research for weight loss and see if there are any complex to do any of it. So since I thought like I had a little more weights to lose, I felt lets put them for testing. Funny element is adding was not easier and boring as I anticipated. Then on Monday I took quick weight loss diet. I started at 218.8 lbs. At Sunday it became at 207.4 pounds. Good start for my first week. I did have 2 days in this week where I had minimum to no change. Firstly took the diet of the second day where Result was loss 0.4 lbs, at this time I hadnít changed any of the rule, but first day result was 4 pounds loss.
However the second time at last night I did have a large change in the diet menu that a French Onion Soup for lunch and then a Beef soup for dinner. I had already took the French Onion Soup at early in the week at home. I think it had to do with soups or the beef soup. I think it was the beef soup. I used Season All which is permitted on the menu and contains salt, but I took the beef soup with an Organic beef broth in which salt was also lot. Now I think all the salt causing water retention made the lack of weight loss last night.
Changing of Diet
The main changes of diet which I made this week
1. Take Kool-Aid with Stevia (just one glass in a day)
2. Taking Bell Pepper as vegetable in some meals
3. Taking Poblano Pepper as vegetable in some meals
4. Taking a cup of Onion with a tiny bit of Celery , in French Onion Soup.
5. Taking home-made Salsa with a meal.
6. Taking Walden Farms Salad Dressing.
