Every year for my New Years resolution I say the same thing: Gonna get in shape! Gonna get healthy! I really mean it this year. I joined a gym right next door to where I work, so there is literally no excuse for not going. I am taking my dog out more on walks, which helps us both (me because I am out of shape, she because she is bored). I've started taking various supplements, drinking tons more water, and trying to cut down on sugars. This definitely seems like the type of forum that could help keep me on track!
