One of the Best Rock Albums Iíve Ever Listened To

by Techric This came out in my college years. I still listen to this at least 2-3 times a year. It reminds me of the Grunge music and clothing and every thing that was right and wrong with that period. (So glad we donít dress like that any more) It reminds me of MTV when they actually played music and music videos. The passion, anger, love and all the emotions that 20 somethings feel in the extremes are wrapped up in every song on this masterpiece. I canít recommend it enough.

Way out of date but SO SO GOOD

by Chloe Stargazer Let me just say that I'm 15 years old now (2014) and I LOVE this album. I've recently gotten very into the whole '90s grunge scene (Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Temple of the dog, and most of all, Mother Love Bone) and Soundgarden is right up there with my favorites. The angst and raw emotion in it is incredible, and paired with Chris Cornell's seriously incredible vocal range, it's seriously spine tingling. Black Hole Sun, Spoonman, Kickstand, Superunknown, and Like Suicide are my favorites, although none of it is anything approaching bad. Listening to this album honestly makes me feel like I was born 20 years too late. Too bad that Chris Cornell lost his incredible voice and panache., but at least we have this to remember what it once was.
