This is an awesome idea Derek. Thanks for being creative and open minded! A workout without music for me is no workout really, I do love some background music as I burn away the fat.
I have to admit that I love country music. I grew up in a small, rural town where muddy trucks would cruise up and down main street with country music blasting from the speakers. I know that country music has changed a lot in recent years, but for me is still a great joy to listen those amazing rhythms.

I can't remember if I posted my favorite workout song on this forum or not, but I do yoga and aerobics to "Champagne" by Kenny G. I LOVE this song. It has the perfect tempo for working out without being too loud or overbearing. It gets my blood pumping every time I listen to it:
