Hey! I'm almost done with the Jillian Michaels' ''Ripped in 30'' video, and I'd really like to try other videos out. I need some unbiased recommendations, please! I'd like you to tell me about the workingout videos you have used and if you got any noticeable results.
I'd also like to know how fast the instructors in those videos are, because I personally find it hard to follow those instructors that like to go to fast!
