I can't even imagine it to be honest: I am fortunate to live in an incredibly safe part of the United States...It definitely is something that has to be taken into account when going out, especially if you live in a dangerous area. My country is characterized for being one of the most insecure countries of South America and therefore, that has to be a must here when it comes to going out for a run.
I believe that working out alone is the way to go basically because when you're with someone you tend to wander, to tend to just talk to your partner and you don't focus on your routine as you should; granted that there are certain activities that might be better done with a partner but for the most part you're better off doing the routines on your own.
hello!! for me, working out alone is better because you can focus hard without anyone bothering you!Do you prefer to work out or go for a run alone or with someone? I prefer to be alone so I can focus on what I want to do rather than work around someone else.
I was once on a boot camp and found it annoying to [url=http://www.comparateur-mutuelle-assurance-sante.com] keep pace with some people who were fitter, and while it did push me it also made me less motivated because I didn't enjoy it. I think support and encouragement is one thing, but when you feel pressured to go faster or do more than you want to do it's not good mentally.
