  • Avoiding junk at Super Bowl parties

    I've always heard you should have a snack before you go to a party where food will be served. Especially if it's appetizer type finger foods. I don't want to over eat this weekend at a Super Bowl party, but having a snack before doesn't work for me. Any ideas on how not to overeat in this type of situation? I think I just need some wheel power to stop when I'm full.

    I'm serving sweet potato fries, I'm broiling my chicken, doing veggies and dip, and I'm offering a bunch of options for fresh smoothies for the ladies during the super bowl. I know I can't stop the gentlemen from wanting beer but I can recommend a natural option for them. I'm also putting up a pizza bar, allowing each person to create their own pizza with fresh toppings, a home made tomato spread and wheat pizza dough.
