  • How To Select The Best Skin Care Products

You can receive reliable skin care product reviews from friends, family, skin-care experts and the internet. You do not need to waste money and time trying out various products to see which one works best.

I have sensitive skin so for me it is very hard to find products that are good on my skin. I have now found a perfect thing called black soap and have never looked anywhere else. I must say that it has been really hard finding this and it was very expensive trying all products that don't even work. But glad I have found something good.

It was right that we could get ideas from reliable family members and friends.
It was not safe to try products especially if these products are not naturally made.

I always look for cosmetics with the shortest list of ingredients - the least chemicals, the better. I also prefer when they're as natural, as possible, this is why I like mineral cosmetics. Mineral, transparent powder is the best.

I usually go on YouTube and I listen to girls reviewing certain products that have similar skin types as me.
I have oily skin so I always choice very carefully and I go to my dermatologist as well who always suggests and recommend certain sensitive skin products. The best way to choose these products is to make sure they are as natural as possible so that you won't have any side effects in the long run.

When choosing a skin care product (or any product, really) I look at reviews online, and make sure to read the negative ones. If a negative review is because the person has sensitive skin, I'll know that I won't have the same problem because I do NOT have sensitive skin, etc. I like to read the positive reviews, but reading the negative reviews helps a lot with making a decision to purchase something.

              wrinkle prone skin care cream

I recently noticed that I had wrinkles on my chest area that were so embarassing I would never wear a bathing suit. I used to sunbathe when I was younger and had terrible sun damage especially noticeable on my chest. I tried Nexifirm on this area and could not believe the difference a few weeks have made. The skin is much smoother and the deep creases are almost gone. I now feel comortable going out in public wearing a tank top. What a great product

Yes, you can get reliable reviews and tips from whoever, but the truth is what is good for someone else's skin might not be good for me. For example, everyone loves salicylic acid for acne, but I'm allergic to that ingredient! So obviously I can't use products containing that particular acid! I think it's silly to think you can buy products based solely on tips and reviews... your skin is unique, it's different from everyone else's.
I think the key for a good skincare product is something that doesn't have too many harmful ingredients, mainly natural stuff, and that is mild and not too harsh. That way there are higher chances of you not having any allergic reactions or problems.

I don't use cosmetics on my face, not even powder. After cleaning my face, i apply moisturizer, morning and night. I use a plant which is rich in vitamin E as my moisturizer, and it serves me well.

First of all, you have to know about your skin type. You have to use the products daily for checking. If the product is suitable for your skin then use it for long time otherwise change your product.

I think alot of these skin care products are over priced and pitched to be so highend that people shell out the extra cash. There are many homemade products that can be made that are just as effective. Like I use baking soda to clean my face and it's a good astringent. And if I have a zit just put some baking soda paste (baking soda and water) on it and within a couple of days it's shrunk down. I mean thousands of years ago people managed with products made from the environment which is what is in alot of these products anyway.

Yes I agree, the best way to know if a product is good and does what it claims is to just read various reviews on the net, and specifically look for the negative feedback first, so that you can weed out those products that are not effective.

I am really prone to breakouts. Right now, I am on BCP because I have ovarian cysts. My problem is that the first set which was given to me by my OB triggered my breakouts again. Now, I have pimples all over my face. The breakout is really stressing me out, and I don't know what to do. I have tried various skin care products to no avail

If in doubt, I use baby products after all they should be safe for a baby. I am not a huge fan of natural products as they go off quickly and can cause more reactions. I used to work in the beauty industry so I have an idea of what companies are better for sensitive skin or with the least reactions.
It is more what stays on your face like creams that counts, rather than cleansers that are washed off.

                              AvenidaFOODS

hmmm, i think it depends on ur type of skin, therefore, the first thing i think you should know is which type of ur skin is. It is dramatically important, it can illustrate how you are going to do ur skincare step. And not less important is the weather. If it is cold, u would need more moisture for the skin, it it is hot, you need to provide much more amount of water...
